Question 1

Do I need a VR headset to attend events on MixMaster?

Accepted Answer

No headset is strictly required! You can attend any live show directly from your desktop web browser or mobile phone via WebGL streaming. However, wearing a Meta Store 2, 3, or Pro headset provides full six-degrees-of-freedom immersion, spatial head tracking, and real-time hand interactions with fellow ravers.

Question 2

How do I purchase event tickets and access live shows?

Accepted Answer

You can browse upcoming concerts on our Events page and purchase tickets securely using any major credit/debit card. After checkout, your digital entry pass and order reference are issued immediately. When you launch MixMaster VR on Meta Store, your account automatically recognizes your ticket for instantaneous entry at the venue doors.

Question 3

How do artists and DJs get paid for performing?

Accepted Answer

We provide transparent, artist-first revenue splits. Performing artists receive direct earnings from ticket sales, virtual in-venue tip tokens sent by fans during the set, and proceeds from exclusive music and digital merchandise sales inside the venue.

Question 4

Can organizers brand virtual stages for festivals or sponsor activations?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Event organizers have complete control over virtual venue customization. You can customize LED video screen visuals, set stage lighting presets, display sponsor banners, and even commission a 1:1 photorealistic digital twin of your real-world club or festival grounds through our LiveRoom spatial team.

Question 5

Are there any fees or subscriptions required to enter?

Accepted Answer

Exploring MixMaster VR is completely free! Our flagship 24/7 Main Arena is always open with no entry fee or subscription required. You only pay if you choose to purchase tickets for specific headliner concerts or upgrade to a monthly membership like Rookie Raver or Pro Raver for custom avatar perks and monthly tokens.

Question 6

How does spatial binaural 3D audio work?

Accepted Answer

MixMaster VR uses an acoustic simulation engine that calculates the precise position of your avatar relative to the stage subwoofers and fellow attendees. As you move closer to the DJ booth, bass impact increases dynamically; as you step onto the outdoor balcony, music muffles realistically while proximity voice chat remains crystal clear.

Question 7

Can I join the same server instance with my friends?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! You can create party groups or send instant invite links to friends. Our multiplayer matchmaking ensures that you and your crew drop into the exact same server instance so you can dance, chat, and explore the venue together.
