1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MixMaster VR (operated by LiveRoom Technologies). By accessing or using our websites, spatial VR applications on Meta Store, mobile applications, or ticketed concerts, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
2. Intellectual Property & Avatar Rights
All virtual venues, 3D character assets, sound designs, shaders, and website code are the sole proprietary property of LiveRoom Technologies and our licensed artists. Artists retain full underlying copyright to their recorded musical compositions. Users are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to use avatars within our digital spaces.
3. Virtual Event Ticketing & Refunds
Tickets purchased for MixMaster VR concerts grant admission to the designated virtual stage or replay archive. Because digital credentials and server bandwidth allocations are generated instantaneously upon purchase, ticket sales are final and non-refundable unless an event is canceled by the organizer or platform.
4. Community Code of Conduct in VR Spaces
MixMaster VR is committed to a safe, welcoming, and inclusive electronic music community. Any form of hate speech, sexual harassment, trolling, malicious avatar collision, or disruption of DJ performances will result in immediate termination of account access without refund. Proximity voice chat is moderated in real-time.
5. Disclaimers & VR Health Warnings
Immersive VR experiences involve flashing strobe lighting, dynamic spatial audio, and motion. Users with photosensitive epilepsy or severe motion sensitivity should exercise caution, take regular breaks, and consult device safety documentation prior to use.
