1. Information We Collect
When using MixMaster VR, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your email address, chosen avatar display name, ticket purchases, and communication preferences. In VR spaces, temporary motion coordinate packets are processed to synchronize your avatar's movements with other attendees.
2. Ephemeral Audio & Proximity Voice
Live voice chat between ravers in our arenas is transmitted ephemerally using low-latency WebRTC channels. We do not store, record, or retain personal conversational voice audio on our servers unless a user triggers an explicit report of harassment.
3. How We Use Data
We use collected information to validate ticket credentials at virtual arena gates, deliver customer support, facilitate direct payments to performing artists, prevent platform abuse, and optimize server instance matchmaking for smooth multiplayer performance.
4. Third-Party Integrations
Ticket payments are processed via Stripe; we do not store credit card numbers on our servers. For headset installations, the Meta Horizon platform handles identity authentication under Meta's privacy policies.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You have the right to request a full copy of your personal account data or request permanent deletion of your profile and avatar assets at any time by contacting our privacy officer.
